Our brand new caravan is 8 berth with THREE bedrooms and TWO toilets, with new gated decking down the side.

Next year, 2025, the caravan is available to family and friends.

£50 a night in the school holidays.

£30 a night outside he school holidays.

If the caravan is "provisionally booked" you can still enquire.

And don't forget your dog can go too.

Stay here all the time, lovely break way from the real world, been here a few times whilst the field down the road are having events on, eg. market, soul festival, pride. Beach right outside of caravan site, very dog friendly.❤️

We’ve had a fantastic short break. The caravan is lovely and has everything you need and much more. A lot of thought has gone into the set up of the caravan, it’s like a home from home with lots of little extras including high quality Wi-Fi and Sat TV. Beautiful sea view walks on the doorstep to Silloth and Skinburness with Scottish mountains just across the Solway Firth. A big thank you to Donna and Andrew 👏👏👏👍

We’ve just had our second stay here and absolutely love it! The caravan is perfect for our family of 4, very spacious and clean and even better knowing we can bring our dog if we want to. The kids love the play area, swimming pool and many football pitches so lots to keep them busy. It’s close to many attractions too so an ideal base for venturing into the lakes and surrounding areas. We can’t wait for our next visit in October! Thank you!
